Blender Brownies


  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 7/8 cup all-purpose flour


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place chocolate chips and butter in a blender, secure lid and blend until well mixed. Add in eggs, cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla to butter mixture, secure lid and again, pulse until well blended. Next, add in flour and pulse until all ingredients form a well-blended batter. Use a spatula to scrape ingredients down the side of the blender jar, if needed.
  3. Once batter is mixed thoroughly, pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch or nonstick square pan. Place in preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Remove from oven, let cool for 5 to 10 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
