Blue Hawaiian


  • 2 oz light rum
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz blue curacao
  • 2 oz cream of coconut
  • 2 maraschino cherries
  • 2 pineapple wedges
  • 2 cup ice


  1. Combine the rum, pineapple juice, blue caracao, cream of coconut  and ice into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 tall drinking glasses and garnish each glass with a cherry and a pineapple wedge.
