Cookie Dough


  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • cookie dough mix
  • water


  1. Blend the butter in a blender until creamy.
  2. Add the egg and 2 Tbsp water, and blend again to obtain a thin mixture.
  3. Stir in the dough mix and blend to obtain a thick paste, for a couple of minutes, checking from time to time and adding more mix if needed. The paste shouldn’t be sticky as you’ll need to spoon the composition on a baking sheet or roll into balls. You can add chocolate chips or peanut butter chips on top, for a sweeter dessert.
  4. Cook the balls or cookies for about 15 minutes at 350°F. Serve cooled!
