Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- seasoning as desired
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 medium oranges, halved
- 3 onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp sweetener of your choice
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
- Season the salmon and grill until well cooked on both sides.
- In a blender, place the remaining ingredients except for the olive oil and mix at low speed, to obtain a smooth and thick dressing.
- Transfer the dressing to an airtight container, pour the oil on top and close, refrigerating until needed.
- Bring to room temperature before serving and serve on top of the grilled salmon or on top of salads.
