Grilled Salmon with Citrus Sauce


  • 4 salmon fillets
  • seasoning as desired
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 medium oranges, halved
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp sweetener of your choice
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil


  1. Season the salmon and grill until well cooked on both sides.
  2. In a blender, place the remaining ingredients except for the olive oil and mix at low speed, to obtain a smooth and thick dressing.
  3. Transfer the dressing to an airtight container, pour the oil on top and close, refrigerating until needed.
  4. Bring to room temperature before serving and serve on top of the grilled salmon or on top of salads.
