Impossible Ham Pie


  • 2 cup fully-cooked ham, diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/3 cup white onion, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease a 9-inch round glass pie plate
  3. Sprinkle the bottom of the pie plate with diced ham, bell pepper, onion, and cheese.
  4. In a blender, combine the milk, eggs, and Bisquick. Blend on high speed for 15 seconds or until well blended. Pour mixture into pie plate.
  5. Place in oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until pie is set and knife inserted in thickest part comes out clean.
  6. Remove from oven and let pie cool at room temperature for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
