Peanut Butter Frosting
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup milk, more or less as needed
Directions
- In a blender, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar. Blend 30 seconds.
- Add in vanilla extract and 1/4 cup milk. Blend until a consistency that is easily spreadable but not runny is achieved. Adding more milk as needed to reach the perfect consistency.
- Spread on cakes, cookies, cupcakes, brownies, and many other items.
