Black Pepper Sauce


  • 2 Tbsp small red onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup dairy cream
  • 3 Tbsp black peppercorns
  • 1/2 cup sweet red wine
  • 1 cup beef stock


  1. Mix all ingredients except for the wine and beef stock in a blender to obtain a smooth paste.
  2. Transfer to a saucepan, add the liquids and bring to a boil.
  3. Let boil for 10 minutes, set aside and add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve with steak.
