Black Pepper Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp small red onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 cup dairy cream
- 3 Tbsp black peppercorns
- 1/2 cup sweet red wine
- 1 cup beef stock
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except for the wine and beef stock in a blender to obtain a smooth paste.
- Transfer to a saucepan, add the liquids and bring to a boil.
- Let boil for 10 minutes, set aside and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with steak.
