Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
Directions
- In a blender, mix the egg yolks, lemon juice, mustard and hot pepper sauce until well combined.
- Place the butter into an ovenproof cup and heat it in the microwave for 1 minute or until melted. Add the melted butter in the blender and mix again to obtain a thin paste. Pour the mixture into a serving dish and serve warm, on top of omelets, eggs or meat dishes.
