Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta
- 3/4 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1 lb package frozen peas
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp chives
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Cook the pasta as indicated on the package and set aside to cool.
- In a blender, mix all the remaining ingredients and blend for a few minutes, at medium speed, until you obtain a smooth and thick paste. If you desire a thinner consistency, add some water or lemon juice.
- Transfer pasta to serving dishes, pour the sauce on top and serve warm or cooled. You can also reserve some peas and add them in the blended sauce.
