Pasta with Peas Sauce


  • 1 lb pasta
  • 3/4 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb package frozen peas
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp chives
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil


  1. Cook the pasta as indicated on the package and set aside to cool.
  2. In a blender, mix all the remaining ingredients and blend for a few minutes, at medium speed, until you obtain a smooth and thick paste. If you desire a thinner consistency, add some water or lemon juice.
  3. Transfer pasta to serving dishes, pour the sauce on top and serve warm or cooled. You can also reserve some peas and add them in the blended sauce.
