Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey sausages
- 2 cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup fresh basil, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- cooked spaghetti
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey sausages, onions and garlic in oil, over medium heat, until sausages are no longer pink.
- Drain and set aside.
- In a blender, mix the tomatoes, basil, oregano and wine to form a paste.
- Transfer to the saucepan, add the turkey and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Top over spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve warm!
