
Apple Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 apple, cored, chopped
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup raspberries
Directions
- Place all ingredients in the blender and mix on high speed for 30-60 seconds or until well combined.
- Pour into a glass, add ice cubes and serve immediately.
