Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pecans, presoaked for 1 hour
- 1 large frozen banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 date, pitted and soaked for 20 minutes
- 1 cup almond milk
- 6 to 8 ice cubes
Directions
- Pre-soak the date and pecans as directed to make blending easier.
- Place the liquids into the blender, followed by the fruit, followed by the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add additional ice if needed for thickness.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
