
Avocado and Asiago Cheese Dip
This Avocado and Asiago Cheese Dip is my go to when I need to whip up something quickly for a get together. It takes any sort of chip or cracker from ho-hum to a taste sensation. The creaminess of the avocado with the salt cut of the Asiago make a perfect pair and when you add a leaf of basil it moves up to supreme levels.
Ingredients
- 2 peeled avocados
- half cup of shredded Asiago cheese
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup basil leaves
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- Combine all of your ingredients in a blender and blend on high for at least five minutes until smooth.
- Serve with tortilla chips or rice crackers.
