Oreo Banana Smoothie
Who doesn’t love Oreos! Ok, maybe some people don’t but we won’t talk about that! So one Oreo for me and one for you. Ok, now you get a second Oreo for your special Oreo Banana Smoothie – a little afternoon pick-me-up with health benefits.
Ingredients
- 2 oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 1 tsp honey
Directions
- Place all of your ingredients in a blender and whip them up.
- Blend until fairly smooth. Enjoy!
