Ginger Cilantro Dip


  • 2 cilantro bushes
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced ginger
  • 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix to obtain a smooth and thin paste.
  2. Transfer to a serving dish and serve on top of vegan pies, cooked shrimp or other fish dishes.
