Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups ripe olives
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp rosemary leaves
- 1 tsp seasoning
- chopped red peppers, optional
- assorted crackers, optional
Directions
- In a blender, add all ingredients except for the peppers and crackers. Process at medium and high speed, until you obtain a coarse composition.
- Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with bell pepper if desired. Serve on top of crackers, bread slices, pitas or tortillas.
