Pina Colada Yogurt Smoothie

Pineapple and coconut usually makes us think of tropical getaways. So how about a getaway on a Wednesday evening – cause you deserve it! This Pina Colada is delicious, great for your skin and really just sunshine in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 tsp whey protein
  • 1 banana

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender container.
  2. Turn on high and blender for 30-45 seconds, until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
