
Pina Colada Yogurt Smoothie
Pineapple and coconut usually makes us think of tropical getaways. So how about a getaway on a Wednesday evening – cause you deserve it! This Pina Colada is delicious, great for your skin and really just sunshine in a glass.
Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 tsp whey protein
- 1 banana
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to the blender container.
- Turn on high and blender for 30-45 seconds, until smooth.
