Taco Shop Guacamole
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 8 oz tomatillo
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 white onion
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Remove husks from tomatillos and wash under cold water.
- Cut the avocado, remove pit, and scoop out insides.
- Place all ingredients into blender, then blend on high for 30-45 seconds until mixture is smooth.
